We all know paying for healthcare can be a struggle, especially if your provider is out of network or if you’re uninsured. At Permission to Grow, we want to make this process as seamless as possible so finances are the least of your worries when starting your therapy journey. Below are the current financial options available to clients interested in starting at Permission To Grow:
Insurance
Elijah Is not currently In network with any insurance companies at this present moment. Elijah is working with Headway to assist with the credentialing process and getting in network with various insurance companies. Please reach out to Elijah or check out his Headway profile to learn more about which insurance companies he will be in network with in the future.
While Elijah does not currently accept insurance, he is willing and able to provide super-bills to clients who want to pursue out of network reimbursement from their insurance providers. This means that the client will pay their fee out of pocket after each session then Elijah will provide them with a monthly super-bill that the client can send to their insurance provider to request reimbursement. (If this is an option you want to use then Elijah suggests contacting your insurance company prior to booking your first session to see if out of network reimbursement is an option.)
Sliding Scale
Elijah understands that finances and affordability is an important aspect of making therapy accessible and that not every client may be able to pay the full fee. Elijah has created a sliding scale with rates based on income to help offset some of the burden paying for therapy may cause a client. The rates listed below are based on your annual household income. For couples, this means your combined household income will reflect what rate you pay per session.
KEEP IN MIND, sliding scale rates are offered as they’re available. If there are no sliding scale sessions available, clients will be required to pay the full fee per session. Please inquire about sliding scale prior to booking your first session.
