About Permission to Grow

My Mission

At Permission to Grow, My mission is to make therapy accessible for everyone no matter their background, beliefs, Identity, or history. My practice is compassionate, culturally competent, and encompasses more than just one form of support/therapeutic school of thought. My eclectic background in therapy coupled with my person centered approach to wellness drives my work in helping clients understand, process, reconnect, and ultimately heal from whatever wounds life has brought them. I am committed to creating a safe and encouraging space where people who may feel overlooked or undervalued can gain confidence, self love, resilience, and skills to improve their quality of life.
